Part-Time Nanny Needed: 11 Month Old

We're looking for someone who could help with our 11-month-old, X, 2 days a week for a couple hours. Ideally this person could also babysit on a night we might like to go out during the week or the weekend but not mandatory. I work part time 2 days at a local restaurant in office as an Event Coordinator and my husband works from home. Due to the nature of our jobs, our schedules are pretty flexible. We don't care what days during the week and the timeframe would be anywhere from 10am/11am-4pm/5 p.m. We would like to establish something predictable for 10-15 hours a week where we have help while my husband works from home and I'm at work or we can both accomplish tasks without the baby. We also have two 14-year-old pups at our house so someone who is comfortable with dogs. Happy to chat more
