Long Term Nanny Opportunity

We have two boys one is 2 and one is 1-month-old. We are looking for a nanny for the 1-month-old (the 2-year-old goes to daycare). We wont need full time nanny care to start until April when I return to work but want to start with part time nanny care to allow for getting comfortable with the baby and our household. We want someone to stay with us long term so it is important we find the right fit. The hours for full time would be Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5/6 p.m. Help with household chores during baby nap times. Prefer certifications. We have two dogs (German shepherds), 3 cats, a horse and a donkey so you would need to be an animal person. My husband and I both work from home so we will be in the house throughout the day.
