We need a nanny starting 12/15/2024 when we return to work. Our daughter will be around 4 months old as of the start date. We are looking for someone with newborn experience in a professional nanny role. It is important to us that we find someone that is intuitive, self-sufficient, flexible, and will love our daughter. We plan for this to be a long-term relationship for years to come. One parent works from home in a designated office, so we are looking for someone who can help us create and maintain boundaries for our little one.
