Nanny Needed For My Children In Raleigh.

I work full time from home and am looking for someone to help 2 days a week (flexible on which days of the week that is but prefer one of them to be Thursdays) and keep an eye on my 2 children from 10AM-3 p.m. From 10 a.m. to 11:45AM, it will just be my youngest son (1) to watch over, then at 11:45 a.m. my oldest son (3) will need to be picked up from preschool. I will need help with giving both boys lunch (I can have it prepared ahead of time if needed) and then the 1-year-old will go down for a nap and it will just be the 3-year-old to look after the last couple of hours of the day. I am flexible on time/days of the week but would just like consistency so I can plan my work accordingly. Both boys love being outside, dinosaurs and building with blocks. My 3-year-old has a speech delay but is very able to communicate his needs and play.
