Full-time Babysitter For A 1-year-old Toddler

Hi there, we are looking for a person to care for our 1-year-old daughter, 10 am-5 pm, on workdays starting from 12/2. The mother will be working at home. The start time and date are flexible. The daily mission includes everything with the baby, including putting the baby to sleep, playing with and reading to her while she is awake, and feeding her. No other house chores or errands are required. We need the sitter not to play with the smartphone in front of the baby and stay at home while sitting. . My wife and I have somewhat flexible schedules, but we might have on-call duty sometimes.
