16 yo son with high functioning autism, ADHD, epilepsy, and mild intellectual disability. Assisting him with light food prep, medication administration, and light household tasks to enable his independence. Candidates need reliable transportation with proof of liability insurance. Pay rate dependent on prior experience. The funding source for his care requires completion of CPR and other trainings, training time will be reimbursed. Prefer an agreed regular schedule for care, to include 4-5 hours on Sunday and 2-3 weekday evening hours. There may also be occasional Friday or Saturday evening hours and overnight care while parent travels out of town. Non-smoking and be ok with dogs (we have one). Opportunities for pay rate increases and/or bonuses based on reliability and performance.
