Introduction: We are a lively family of three, soon to be a family of four! Our son, is a sweet and energetic 4. 5-year-old who currently attends Montessori school full-time. We are expecting another baby boy any day now, and we are looking for a caring, flexible, and experienced nanny to help us manage our growing family. As a dual-working household that runs its own businesses, our schedules can be dynamic, but we prioritize flexibility and communication. In the early days, we are seeking someone who can help with our newborn while I am at home breastfeeding, and as time goes on, we anticipate needing more support as I return to work outside the home.
