About the job
The schedule for this job would change biweekly (one week we would need care Wednesday and Thursday, the next week we would need care Monday and Friday, and so on in this pattern) This is because my work schedule rotates biweekly. The hours would always be the same and the days needed would be the same biweekly. Approx. 9 hours weekly. Our little one is 5 months old so our caregiver would need to have infant experience. We would need someone who is very patient and caring, our son can have some big emotions when he is feeling upset and needs a lot of attention and comfort. We also have 4 cats in the home so our caregiver would have to be comfortable around animals. We would need to check references.
