My wife and I had a wonderful baby boy about 6 weeks ago. My wife is still on maternity leave, whereas I'm back in the office. We're currently looking for part time, flexible assistance for my wife until she goes back to work in January, at which point we'll be exploring a full-time nanny. We also have 2 awesome dogs who are great with people and the baby. *Edit* - We are also currently exploring part-time overnight sitters at the moment.
