Emergency/backup Nanny Needed For A 7 Month Old In Raeford

I'm in a desperate need of a Nanny that I could use as a emergency contact or backup. I'm a Military spouse that works full-time in a hospital and my spouse is currently deployed and I don't have family nearby or close friends that I can count on. I need someone that is reliable and responsible, preferably with experience. I'm in a serious situation where I could lose my job for the amount of absences that I have. My baby is currently in daycare but they're close on the weekends, holidays and if there's bad weather. I also rotate weekends and holidays so I need to find someone that can either cover those days that his daycare is closed or pick him up if they close early.
