Occasional Sitter For 2 Year Old

Hi! I'm looking for an occasional sitter for our 2-year-old, A. We would like to have someone flexible for date nights, bike rides or when we just need a little break. She loves to play outside, roughhouse with her puppy and watch movies. We are currently sharing a house with another couple so her aunt and uncle will be home most of the time. We do have a security system in the house which does record so you'll have to be comfortable with that. A. is mostly potty trained; she goes by herself but is still having 1-2 accidents a day. She's also very vocal, she will tell you if she's hungry, thirsty, what she wants, ect.. I'm also due in October and would like to keep the same sitter as we transition from 1 to 2 but that can obviously be discussed later and is not a dealbreaker!
