I have a level 3 non verbal autistic daughter (6yrs) and a shy but spirited 2-year-old. I'm looking for a nanny or childcare worker with experience in providing aid to disabled & special needs children to be readily on call starting in March (though my due date is in May, I tend to labor early and emergently) that can stay overnight with my children for the time we are in the hospital for the delivery. Willing to pay whatever necessary for the right person. I do require an interview and meeting with the kids beforehand.
