About the job
We love learning, being physically active together outside, playing games, and traveling. We value quality time, a healthy lifestyle and exhibiting kindness and understanding of others. The kids love to dress up, dance, play sports, do gymnastics, read, create art, play word puzzles and games. The little ones still need help with almost everything, from all activities to clean up and bathing etc. The older one is much more independent so more just needs encouragement reminders to complete tasks. Having a huge heart and a love of kids, with lots of patience especially in times of high stress is key. Being responsible and proactive is also big: seeing a mess or an incomplete project and getting it done. You must have your own car. It should be a safe vehicle with working seatbelts as we are going to need help transporting the kids often.
