Childcare/mother's Helper Needed For 2 Children

I'm looking for a great babysitter for our two boys. This is a part-time position with variable hrs. (we will be in need of occasional evening help-once a month) We assume that we will need a couple different part-time sitters to fill this position. We have a busy household and our needs change weekly. I need someone organized and that has experience in keeping our children on task. We also need someone willing to help drive to and from their activities. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. We do have pets, so please consider that when applying.
