Looking For A Long-term Nanny For Our 13 Month Old Daughter.

Looking for a long-term nanny for our 13-month-old daughter. 20 - 30 hours per week. I WFH and travel for work. I typically travel 2 out of 4 weeks per month, sometimes 3 weeks. The schedule for non-travel weeks will be Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. (20 hours). This schedule can also be adjusted to better fit the right nanny, if needed. The schedule for travel weeks will vary depending on the trip, but will typically be Tuesday and Wednesday 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. + Monday or Thursday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. (30 hours). Flexibility during travel weeks is very important. There will also be light housekeeping (washing and prepping bottles) and we have 2 dogs in the home that need to be let out throughout the day (11 lb. mini dachshund and 40 lb. goldendoodle). After an initial trial period, we offer a contract with paid holidays, sick days, and vacation.
