Searching For An Occasional Yet Consistent Babysitter For My Sweet 18 Month Old Boy :)

I work remote and I have an 18-month-old who does half-day daycare and my husband travels part-time for work so I am looking for someone to help on days where I need to go into the office/have busy work days from home and he can stay home from daycare or if I'm comfortable, he can be picked up and brought home. Extra help on weekends where my husband is traveling and I may need help for a few hours to run errands/get out of the house. Also help for the occasional date night or events that pop up throughout the month. :) I'm very flexible on my needs, more so just looking for the right person (s) who he connects with and who can grow with him. He's so sweet and loves playing inside and outside. We have a 6-year-old dog named Bella who is very sweet and loves a lot of attention.
