I am starting a new job that will require some night shifts from 5 p.m. to 2:45 a.m. My kids are 8, 6 and 3. I would just need some help with baths and dinner and tucking them into bed. Then you could watch tv or whatever you would want to do until I got home from work. I would also be happy to include dinner for you or add money for you to order in on the nights you work.
