My wife and I have an almost2-year-old boy and a 3-month-old boy. We both work 9am-5 p.m. jobs, but work from home 80% of the time (with some out of state travel). My wifes parents also live with us and help with childcare. Our primary childcare needs are for our toddler (structured play, meals, etc) and sometimes help with the younger one if his grandmother needs a hand. We would like someone who has experience with toddlers and can really engage with our son in a fun and educational way.
