Our newborn has a colostomy bag so we would need someone to help change that as needed. We want someone to come twice a week and care for him overnight so we can sleep. This would include bottle feeding him formula/breast milk, changing a wet diaper and possibly his colostomy bag if it leaks, and soothing him back to sleep.
