Seeking Nature Loving Part Time Sitter/mothers Helper - Matthews NC

Seeking babysitter/ mothers helper 8-10 hours a week. We have two children and live on about half acre of property in Matthews NC , thus spending a lot of time outdoors. Our son is a toddler (2 years old) and our daughter is 6. 5 years old. We currently homeschool our daughter. Part of the support will include 1:1 with the toddler so mother and daughter can spend some uninterrupted time with lessons. The remainder of time will be with both kiddos . Mom is SAHM and will be home majority of the hours (though errands and appointments may be run during this time leaving sitter solo). Responsibilities include light snack / lunch prep , creative play (blocks, outdoors, crafts), occasional park outings. Seeking an individual with experience caring for multiple children with similar age gap, is comfortable outdoors, enjoys bursts of imaginative play , crafts etc. we have two large dogs so much be comfortable with animals. We don't use screens or tv and request individual who can also agree to limit their use of phone time and be engaged with the children . We are inspired by Waldorf and Montessori principles as a philosophy to our education and foster an attachment parenting lifestyle - interest and knowledge of both preferred.
