About the job
My son (6) is level 3 non verbal ASD. Most of the time he is content to play by himself and do his own thing, but he doesn't recognize personal boundaries, meaning he will climb in the play pen (or anywhere else) my daughter is and potentially hurt her without realizing. He elopes and we have multiple safety measures in place to prevent this but I need someone who pays attention to details and follows our safety guidelines closely.
