About the job
My name is Heidi and I'm married to Matt. We have a 3-year-old son named O, and I'm expecting another little boy in October! I may be biased, but O is the best. He is very articulate with his wants and needs. He is mostly potty trained (wears a pull-up at night). He loves to be outside, taking walks, playing on his playset, riding his bike, and visiting the neighbors. We live in an amazing neighborhood where everyone knows and loves O. He likes to learn and be involved with whatever task you may be doing (cooking, cleaning, washing dishes). He likes to build elaborate train setups, and he is expanding on his imagination play, which can be hilarious to watch. He no longer naps but if he becomes overtired or cranky, we'll do a snack and watch his favorite show, .
