Part-time Nanny For Sweet 20 Month Old Boy

My son is 20 months old. He would need diaper changes, learning to use utensils, practicing his fine and gross motor skills, being read to and overall learning and developing. He loves books, exploring outside and toy cars. We would like a caregiver who is caring, patient, loving and can take our son to our local park, his weekly classes, library and indoor play areas. We request some assistance preparing his lunches, doing his laundry and cleaning up after him. It would be great to have his caregiver do some basic crafts. Just general helping and nurturing him in his developing. The position would be for 25-30 hours a week. Please note this would be part-time but a fixed schedule. I am a bit flexible with the days/hours. So we can probably agree on a somewhat different schedule if everything else works out.
