I have very energetic almost 7-year-old and a 3-year-old. The 7-year-old has ADHD and is not medicated during the week. She's funny, creative abd does sometimes take some redirections. She's eager to please though. My 3-year-old is quiet and will pay with cars for hours. He is in underwear during the day on a one hour schedule. Sometimes we have issues still with pooping in his underwear but it's getting better. The 3-year-old naps for two hours a day around 1:30/2. That's the time we allow electronics for our 7-year-old. We don't allow any for either child before that. We also have two dogs with a fenced in yard and the older one will ring bells on the door to go out. They're very friendly.
