needing a nanny who can work reliably, respectful and caring, able to do some structured activities with boys as we do not like a lot of tv/screen time, needing help keeping house kept up slightly, both in diapers currently, baby on bottles, 2-year-old eating 1 meal and snacks during time of nannying. both still napping and on similar schedule so some down time. Mother mostly working in the home and will be around during the day.
