We are looking for a babysitter/nanny for our 9yo son. R is non verbal and has autism. R is also still in briefs- but all of his potty changes/experiences are in the bathroom and he does most of the work by himself or with verbal cues to keep him on track. We would really love to find a person who is familiar and comfortable with working with special needs- as it is very different! R has different challenges for a 9yo but he is still a little guy who enjoys being outside, music and videos.
