Nanny Needed For My Chid In Huntersville.

Our nanny will have the majority of our 1st floor to take care of E., including a living room (play-space), dining room (w/ high chair), kitchen, and a fully fenced yard. We want to hire someone who is comfortable being under the same roof as us while we work. We are laid back and wouldn't want anyone to feel like we are encroaching, but being able to say hi to her is a huge appeal to in-home care. She eats 3 meals at daycare, and we do baby-led weaning with some spoon feeding. She naps 1-2 times a day, and we lay her down awake so she falls asleep on her own. We have family local, so our nanny can expect impromptu days off. We have one small dog who is hypoallergenic/ low maintenance. We are very communicative and kind people, and we want our nanny to feel comfortable and not be afraid to give feedback!
