About the job
We are looking for a recurring caregiver for our family of four children. We have a 3-year-old daughter who has special needs (cerebral palsy) so being comfortable learning how to care for her is a requirement. She currently weighs 32 lbs, and the caregiver would need to be able to lift and transfer her. Our other children include an 8. 5-year-old boy, a 10. 5-year-old daughter and a 12-year-old son. The older three children really just need minimal supervision, screen time rule implementation, and occasional coaching through normal sibling disputes and coaching on using their manners. They are pretty much self-sufficient so the main responsibility is our daughter. Her care is funded through CAP/C, so an application, first aid certification, and background check will be required. Paychecks are autodeposited.
