About the job
We have three girls, one (7) and twins (5). During the school year, all three are in school all day on Tuesdays/Thursdays. The other three days, they do school at home with mom's help (this is the model for the school's unique curriculum). Mom does not work outside the home, so she is there most of the time, but there are times that she needs to be gone for errands, helping with church events or other tasks that would be easier without the kids. A couple times a year, Mom and Dad also need to travel for a few days without the children and would like more help for those days and overnights. We would typically need 20-25 hours/ week in the afternoon, but also prefer flexibility for the occasional evening or overnight as it comes up. We are flexible with times during the summer but won't need any more hours than 20-25.
