We are currently seeking energetic, creative, dependable, and nurturing early childhood professionals to join us in our mission of fostering a safe, engaging, and educational environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Lesson Plans: Create engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning, tailored to the individual needs of each child that align with the Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies.
Classroom Management: Manage the classroom environment to ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all students, fostering a sense of belonging and respect. Ensure that the classroom is clean and safe for all children and staff, adhering to state guidelines and procedures.
Individualized Attention: Provide personalized support to children to enhance their emotional, social, and cognitive growth, ensuring that each child's unique needs are met.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly observe and monitor children's progress while maintaining accurate records of their development to inform future teaching strategies.
Parent Communication: Effectively communicate with parents regarding their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns, fostering strong partnerships between home and school. Utilize the Procare app to provide daily updates on children's activities, observations for assessments, and progress tracking.
Play-Based Learning Activities: Incorporate a variety of activities that promote physical, emotional, and social skills through play-based learning, facilitating holistic child development.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols, to maintain a safe educational environment.
Collaborative Practices: Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the educational experience, share best practices, and contribute to a supportive teaching community.
Professional Development: Stay informed about ongoing training and staff development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Fostering Growth: Establish and sustain an environment that supports academic achievement as well as social, emotional, and moral growth for all students.
