My daughter is one of the easiest babies to handle, I say baby, however she is almost 1 years old. I believe it is this way because of how my husband and I raise her. With that being said we need someone who will maintain her schedule and not do anything outside this without our permission. I am on edge about hiring a caregiver, but I need someone who takes my daughters development just as serious as I do. No one who is going to abuse her or be mean. She is the best baby and she deserves the best care while her dad and I work to give her everything she desires. I will write out a schedule for you with directions.
