Nanny Needed For Baby In Hendersonville/Etowah - January Start

We need a part-time, in-house nanny 4 days a week, 6 hours a day for our baby daughter. Job starts in January (she will be 8 months old). We both work remote and will typically be around. Looking for someone who wants a longer-term position as this will be the arrangement until she goes to school. Applicants must be interested in supporting her development through play as we are keeping screens away from her until after her toddler years. We will also be using gentle-parenting techniques (not permissive, boundaries are important). At 3 months now, she is currently a pretty chill baby. No special needs known at this point. Just wanting someone who wants to be part of her life and give her the care she deserves while daddy and mommy are "at work." :)
