We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children. I get home with the older boys around 4:30 and there is a lot to do in the evenings and each child seems to need something different. I'm looking for someone who loves to jump in and help with kids activities, dinner, baths, going outside, playing with the baby while I'm with the older kids etc. I'd love to have the space where my kids can have some fun unstructured time after school, but also move along dinner, baths etc. on some days so we can spend time as a family together when my husband gets home.
