Nanny Needed For 2 Children

We're looking for a long-term nanny to help with our 2 kids (6 months and 2-year-old). My husband works 2-3 12-hour shifts during the week and 8-hour shifts on the weekends. I need another set of hands on the days he works to keep the house running smoothly. Our ideal nanny will jump in taking care of the kids, tend to the dogs, and do some light housework. It's a plus if you can speak Spanish or provide educational/intellectually-stimulating activities for our toddler.
