Recurring Morning Childcare For Two Toddler Boys

Recurring childcare needed for a 3-year-old with autism and a 1-year-old. Childcare needed for a few hours each weekday morning to fill the gap between when I leave for work and when my husband returns home from work. My husband's schedule is irregular so he returns home at different times each day depending on the workload, but it is typically around 11:30 a.m. I leave for work around 8:15. Schedule is subject to change based on my husband's schedule for the week. I'm looking for someone who is flexible as our lives are very inconsistent so flexibility is a must!
