Nanny Help Weekdays For After-School

We are a family of five - two working parents. We are in need of a Nanny that could assist with school pick up, homework and keeping the kids' active afterschool until parents are off work. One parent works from home. Kids are in pre-K, K and 1st grade at the same neighborhood school. We would love someone that can consistently do 5 days a week M-F and has an interest in child development. There would be minor clean (mostly from the activities from the day) and getting meal prepped for dinner. If it works out, we may shift to some weekends around events as needed for extra pay as well.
