He can stand and wobble walk. Toddler needs help with potty training. She can go to the bathroom but lacks motivation when she is home. At school she will go potty and articulate very well. If possible, speak Spanish and English. We have parking. We would need someone with a driver license and transportation to and from the house. They can use our vehicle to pick up the babies or do light errands if needed. We have three cats and one dog.
