My children do not have specific medical needs, except for my son, who is allergic to peanuts and must avoid any foods containing them. Their ideal day starts with a hearty breakfast followed by a short story. After school, they love spending time outdoors riding bikes, playing soccer, or simply exploring the yard. In the evening, they enjoy quiet time, either drawing or watching TV before bed. My son is fascinated by dinosaurs and loves pretending he's an explorer. He also enjoys working on puzzles and solving challenges.
