Nanny Needed For Our Five-Month Old Girl

We are looking for someone experienced with young children, especially infants/babies about 3-4x a week. Our little girl turns 6-months December 8. I have been home with her constant since birth. She is a majority breastfed baby with supplemental goat milk formula. Our ideal caregiver enjoys being engaged with F, read to her, help her play with her toys, being ok with me stepping in for bonded breastfeeding sessions when needed during the day. We very much work to keep her off devices/screens early in her development. We don't speak baby, we actually speak to her in adult language so she won't have future issues enunciating. A typical day is feeding throughout the day with various playtime/reading, walks and naps. We want someone in our home with the ability to drive, if needed. Ideal time: MWF from 10am-4 p.m. (with flex)
