This family is searching for an experienced and reliable nanny to care for their soon to be 1-year-old starting ASAP! Their little girl is observant and loves sitting up and having someone talk to her, make her smile, and engage with her. Their ideal caregiver would be well-versed in milestones and able to follow their routine with wake windows and gentle sleep training. They are looking for a partnership where they can lean on a professional who is also gentle and supportive of different strategies they may try. Both parents work from home and their ideal nanny is someone who is comfortable tag-teaming with them, as they love to be involved! While the child is napping, they would appreciate some help with the baby's laundry, tidying, and making/cleaning bottles, but minimal household duties are expected as they anticipate this role being primarily baby-focused. Their ideal nanny would be communicative, especially about illnesses and exposures to keep their little one healthy. They would also request that their nanny wear unscented products in the home. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 p.m. with 40 weekly hours guaranteed. Their ideal candidate would be interested in committing at least until their child is two and possibly beyond, so this family hopes to build a bond with a nanny long-term.
