Our family is hiring a professional career nanny to care for our4-month-old daughter while both parents work from our home in Fuquay-Varina. We are looking for someone kind, patient, and preferably with a child development background. The ideal candidate would have several years of childcare experience, including infant care. We are looking for a committed, long-term nanny who plans to work with us for at least 1-2 years. Requirements: - Clean background check/driving record - 3 professional references - CPR certification - Own reliable transportation - Non-smoker - 3+ years of childcare experience - 2+ years experience with infants Preferred: - Nursing/teaching background - Up-to-date TDAP vaccination - Experience with WFH parents Hours can be flexible but schedule is Monday- Friday. At least 35 hours are guaranteed weekly. Up to 40 hours if needed. Offering a W2 position starting at $20/hr. Rate negotiable based on experience.
