About the job
What is great about this gig : 1. Only two kids, almost 1 & 5 2. We expect our kids to behave. 3. Your shifts will be done by mid-day. You could be at another job by 1 p.m. or later. We also are highly routine and structured, so the schedule will not change much. 4. Open to you bringing your own child (only one). This would be great for a stay-at-home mom! 5. You don't have to speak English! What is hard about this gig: 1. Our home is spotless, and we are asking that you help prevent messes along with cleaning up after yourself and the kids. Attention to detail is important. 2. We do not allow technology with our kids. We expect you to stay off of your phone during paid time as well. 3. We expect you to be fully engaged with the children; narrating, singing, playing pretend, facilitating learning through play, asking questions, etc.
