Experienced Babysitter Needed For 6.5-Month-Old Son (and Our German Shepherd)

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced babysitter for our 6. 5-month-old son. I work outside the home, and dad works from home, so we're hoping to find someone who can come to our home during the day to care for M while we're working. M is a sweet, easy-going 6. 5-month-old boy. He's starting to explore the world around him and is full of curiosity and smiles! We're looking for someone who can engage with him, help with feeding, diaper changes, and playtime. We also have a 5-year-old German Shepherd, who is friendly so we'd like someone who's comfortable being around dogs. Our son's safety and well-being are our top priorities, so we're looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and attentive.
