Our daughter is currently 1-month-old. My husband and I are looking for a nanny to work Tuesdays through Thursdays with her once we return to work in January. Our priority is finding a nanny who feels like part of the family. We value reading, imaginative play, less screen time, more time outside, and a healthy love of laughter. Having worked with infants before is also a plus - we want to know our daughter is in capable hands! Our ideal applicant must have their own vehicle for transportation and be comfortable with cats in the home (we have two!)
