About the job
We require various levels of care as ages vary; 10, 8, and 16 months. Both of the older two kids homeschool, but that is more self-paced and typically will be completed by the start time. The older kids are very self sufficient mainly needing assistance with snacks. They also will usually like to play some games either in the backyard, tablet, or a board games. The baby typically naps between 12-1, waking between 2-3:30. We are big on conscious parenting, and would prefer someone who follows that same care structure. Both me and my husband work from home, so we will both be there, but just not active with the children. We have three dogs that will typically be either in kennels or outside during care hours. We may need longer hours two days out of the week in August, but until then our hours are set.
