Nanny Needed For My Children In Fayetteville.

I have a 2.5-year-old that stays home with me while I work a remote work from home job from 8:00am-5:30 p.m. My other 3 kids are in 5th, 4th and 2nd grade and they get home from school around 4:20 p.m. I'm looking for help with my 2.5-year-old between the hours of 1:00pm-6:00 p.m. as this is a busier time at work for me. I feel terrible not being able to give him all my attention so I'm looking for someone that will play with him, cook him meals/snack, maybe take him to the park or just play outside. I prefer an in home sitter/nanny as I am still nursing him (we're trying to stop). He nurses to go to sleep at nap time and bed time, first thing in the morning when he wakes up and occasionally for comfort if he's sick or something. I'd also like help with my 3 older kids when they get home from school (homework, chores, food).
