I'm a single mom and need some help every now and then so my schedule is up in the air right now but we're looking at regularly needing help on weekday mornings. My daughter is full of energy and is usually pretty good at independent play, I try to encourage a Montessori-leaning environment for her (independent play, little to no screen time, lots of time outside, etc.).
