Occasional babysitting needed for two children. We dont spank and our discipline style is more encourage dont force. That being said, our kids are not completely crazy like some might expect from our approach. Our methods are gathered mostly from the book, Hunt Gather Parent which I highly recommend. We are looking for someone who really enjoys being with and playing with children, but you do not need to keep them constantly busy or entertained. Babysitting would only be at our house in hope mills for two or three hours at a time. We need it for date nights, church nights and the odd morning when mama needs a break.
