Hi! We are looking for someone to pick our 5-year-old up from school 1-2 set afternoons a week in North Durham at 2:15 p.m. and keep him home till 4:30-5. (We have an 8-year-old as well, but he goes to after school during the week.) We are flexible on which specific days. We would also love a regular date night 2-3 times a month, as well as school break care. Our kids go to year-round public school. Our boys are silly, helpful, and really love each other. They do best with someone happy and gentle who loves to laugh and play. We are a no-screens family on weekdays. We would love someone who could feel like part of our family and we really respect and cherish our sitters. We have had someone with us for two years who is moving away and she would be glad to give you a reference for us as a family if you like.
