Most importantly looking for an engaged individual that will give their full attention to the baby, who truly loves spending time with toddlers and who is willing to put their phone away. The ideal day would involve some outdoor time, some arts and crafts and just lots of open-ended and engaging play. My toddler loves both indoor activities like arts and crafts and pretend play and jumping and running outside chasing the birds and collecting leaves and rocks!
